Madara utilizes USPS shipping methods for all Domestic & International $45 orders. Please allow 1-3business days from the receipt of payment, for your order to be processed and shipped, excluding holidays.

- Custom orders, will be processed and shipped within 3 -5 business days
-Orders are only fulfilled Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be prepared.
-Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays .
- Ensure the billing address you provide is correct and there are no errors because Madara will not be held responsible for address errors.
- Once you have placed the order, you will receive the confirmation email.
You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. However, you'll be able to use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com anytime to track your delivery status.
MADARA does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Los Angeles, California. MADARA FASHION is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself and any lost or stolen packages.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer the entirety of your order be held until all items in said order can be shipped together.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order, by accordance or USPS. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. We reserve the right to adjust said shipping fees to various locations, destinations at any time, when applicable by us, in our sole discretion.
Returns MADARA LLC doesn't accept returns and all sales are final. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion to refuse any customer using our site.
In general, our USA shipping is 2-3 first class mail through USPS. Please note, your order will arrive in 2-3 days AFTER being processed. This does not account for the entire processing and shipping time. All orders must be processed prior to shipment and you can expect a 2-3 day additional wait time per your order while it’s shipping to you.
All International customers packages may require addition processing time. MADARA is not responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customers local government when importing good

International Shipping - 6 to 20 Business days: $45 (Standard)
International Shipping - 3 to 6 Business days: $65 (Express)
Orders are most often processed within 3-7 business days of the order date.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Please understand that Madara LLC can take up to 12 business days to ship out any and all orders from the date to which they were placed. We do not ship on weekend and will only be shipping out orders Mon-Fri.
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been fully processed or dispatched. Please email us at - Madarahaidara@gmail.com the subject line “Shipping Address Change”
Madara LLC will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Please be aware that if current P.O. box fees go unpaid or you do not pick up your package, it could get sent back to our facility, to which we have no control over. Shipping will need to be repaid in order to send out the package again.
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item unless you request the initial, in stock items to be shipped first, and the out of stock item to be shipped when stock arrives.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please look into the tracking history of your package prior to contact us. Once you’ve looked into it’s last location and feel the package may be lost, or being sent to the improper address, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Customers receive email notification or phone number notification from us via firstname.lastname@example.org an order is initially placed and when the order is shipped from our facility. Customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. It is the customers responsibility to track and remain aware of any issues with their package in transit and make us, Madara LLC, aware of it as soon as possible.
When applicable, sales tax will be applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. Madara LLC does not pay taxes prior to shipment and is not legally responsible for paying said taxes or any accrued fees for international shipping or customs. This varies by country, and Madara LLC encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Madara LLC at the customers expense, and the customer will not receive a refund in said situation. The order will be held for (4) months and can be shipped again if shipping is re-paid.
